Fees
Each lender will have their own specific fees associated with obtaining a mortgage or remortgage. These will be detailed in the relevant Key Facts Document for each product chosen.
As Independent Mortgage Advisers we offer the following broker fee payment options:
- No fee – we will receive commission from the lender
- OR
- A fee of 1.5% which is payable on completion of the loan, any commission received from the lender would be rebated to you also completion of the loan.
